PROJECT BRIEF

Luxury & Supercar Weekend lets guests enjoy fashion, beverages, and culinary delights while perusing the worlds most luxurious vehicles. The attendee demographics at this event are well aligned with Jaguar Land Rover’s target market, and so it is an important event for the luxury marque to be a part of.

The overall goals for the event were to allow guests to see and feel the newest vehicles in the Jaguar Land Rover lineup, and solidify Jaguar Land Rover as the leading luxury brand in their segment.

SOLUTION

Jaguar Land Rover had the largest display at Luxury & Supercar Weekend with five tents and room for 10 vehicles in the middle of the Great Lawn at VanDusen Gardens. The size of the display allowed a VIP area to be set up inside the tents to serve beverages and fresh barbeque, as well as ice cream and other sweet treats. The inside was transformed into the ultimate luxury space with a grand piano, an 8-speaker stereo system and no-charge massages.

Brand ambassadors were present to engage with guests, hand out branded bottled water, welcome guests to the display and field questions about the vehicles. A small croquet court was also set up outside the display for guests to enjoy when they needed a break from walking around.

In order to facilitate sales leads, local dealership staff attended the event to answer questions about the vehicles and qualify sales prospects. The sales staff were kept busy over the course of the two-day event between showing the vehicles and gathering sales leads.
