PROJECT BRIEF

Jaguar Land Rover needed an unforgettable product launch event to unveil their new, 2016 lineup. With a variety of new vehicles to show including the Jaguar XF and all-new Land Rover Discovery Sport, the event space had to house five or more vehicles as well as up to 400 current and potential customers.

SOLUTION

After extensive research, an abandoned retail space at Oakridge Mall was chosen to host the auspicious evening due to its location and plethora of space. The area was completely transformed into an ultra-luxury event space with lighting, furniture and even a vehicle stage complete with a smoke machine. The addition of pipe and drapes helped cover up unsightly walls and created areas for beverages and hors d’oeuvres to be prepared.

Guests were invited through an advanced RSVP solution that ensured the exclusiveness of the guest list and allowed those guests easy entry to the event.

In the end, the event was a memorable evening that allowed guests to see and feel all the features of the new vehicles for themselves. This event not only unveiled the 2016 product line up, but it also allowed this select group to be the first to see the all-new 2017 Jaguar XE in person for the first time.
